Mission-aligned paid tutoring that funds free services
iHear Academy is a mission-aligned paid tutoring program. Program revenue supports tutor compensation, training, and curriculum development, while surplus funds are reinvested into the iHear Program to expand free services for learners with hearing and communication needs.
The Academy focuses on practical core competencies: pronunciation, speaking fluency, listening comprehension, vocabulary, and above all, the confidence to speak up, in an immersive environment where students progress from "learning English" to "learning in English." 93% satisfaction rate.
