Hearing Loss & Cochlear Implant Support, ESL (English as Second Language Support), Confidence Building
Zoe founded iHear to make communication accessible for all learners. She teaches learners with hearing loss and ESL students through patient, individualized tutoring—while also leading tutor training and curriculum development across the program.
Zoe founded iHear because she believes communication should be accessible to everyone. Through tutoring learners with hearing loss and teaching ESL students, she saw how meaningful one-on-one, confidence-first support can be—especially when learning environments aren't naturally inclusive. Her tutoring style is patient, supportive, and structured. She emphasizes clear communication, steady encouragement, and small adjustments that help students feel comfortable participating and expressing themselves. Zoe adapts each lesson to the learner's needs and focuses on making real-life communication feel empowering. As Founder and Co-President, she provides executive leadership and represents iHear in community outreach and program growth. As Co-Director of Tutor Training & Curriculum, she helps design training frameworks, learning pathways, and quality standards so tutors can deliver consistent, inclusive instruction.
